Fidel at a Distance, Raúl Closer

Here in Miami, you can see the smiles on faces everywhere. Ding-dong, the witch is dead! Or if not dead, at least indicted.

I am referring, of course, to the seven-count indictment of the 94-year-old former president of Cuba and younger brother of the deceased Fidel, Raúl Castro, announced in Miami on May 20. He is charged with murder, among other things, over the 1996 shootdown of two civilian aircraft operated by the exile humanitarian group Brothers to the Rescue, from which four died. Raúl is alleged to have given the orders.
