Green Bay president Mark Murphy spoke about Rodgers in the past tense when discussing the quarterback’s future with the franchise recently. When the 39-year-old QB told Pat McAfee on Wednesday that his intention is to play with New York in 2023, the Jets’ Twitter account fired off a meme with enough haste to make you believe they knew it was coming.
