In Neil Sedaka's hit song of the same name "breaking up is hard to do." Former New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson is finding out that making up is even harder... and may be impossible. After his surprise endorsement of Barack Obama over Hillary Clinton in 2008 to be the Democratic nominee, Bill Clinton has never returned Richardson's calls. Says the governor, "I have to assume the breach is permanent."
