Appearing on all three November lists highlighted this week is Jesus of Nazareth: The Infancy Narratives by Pope Benedict XVI. The book is the third and final title in the pope’s Jesus of Nazareth trilogy and details how the stories of Jesus’s infancy and childhood are still relevant today. Jesus of Nazareth was #1 in nonfiction in Germany and Spain and #3 on Italy’s combined list. In the U.S., the book has sold over 21,000 copies in the two weeks since it was published by Doubleday’s Image imprint at outlets that report to Nielsen BookScan.
