I'm sure you're aware of the foofaraw surrounding Jonah Lehrer, and the yanking of his book Imagine for text abuse. If not, you won't have trouble finding information on it; everyone seems to have weighed in by now, except for me. I wasn't going to, partly because others said it better, and partly because I didn't want to gloat -- Lehrer's work has irritated me since the first time I encountered it.
